Brave Design is the creative twin of and shares a home with Human Capital Development, a regional development and training organization with associates in Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Japan, Taiwan, China, the UK and USA, which creates and delivers development programs focused on business and personal leadership, supports the development of new organizational cultures, organizational development initiatives and the coaching of executives and managers. Brave Design serves all of HCD’s design needs – from training manuals to brand identity to online learning tools.
Brave Design, Inc. has been in the industry since 2002. We are designers. We began by pursuing product design, added graphic and web design and then e-learning design to our portfolio. Our years of experience opened opportunities to work with some of the region’s big corporations like Adidas Group, Megalink, Manila Bulletin, Mapfre Insular, Bank of the Philippine Islands, Ray-Ban and Jollibee Foods
Beth created Brave Design in 2000 and currently sits as a Director. Kathleen is, first and foremost, a communications specialist, with over thirty years’ experience in advertising. She earned her spurs at McCann Erickson Philippines, where as an awarded copywriter, she gained solid grounding in creative discipline, strategy development, consumer research and production work. Through her insightful creative work, she has helped to build brands – both local and international.
Mary Frances - or Lady, as she is better known, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Miriam College in the Philippines. She has had experience in administrative work with the FAO and the ASEAN for focal points meetings and done work in Marketing, Human Resources and Project Development. The range of her human resource responsibilities covered recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and orientation development.
Ben is a graduate of Fine Arts and Design at the University of Santo Tomas. He was a part of Robinsons Retail Group as a Graphic Artist in Robinsons Department store's Marketing services department at the main office. His focus on the job was on photo editing and graphics for visual communication in fashion and lifestyle for print materials, he also has experience in working with photographers, stylist and marketing specialist. Ben is a creative and passionate artist that explores all the possibilities there is in art to better communicate visual information.
